On the 4th of January of 2021, we started full production at our new factory. This completly new building is still located at Batalha and close to our old facilities.
We now have 10.000sqm of production floor, with 28 injection machines from 25 to 800T. These inlude 2K (bi-injection) and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection moulding. The new factory houses 170 workers in design and development, tool maintenance, injection moulding, assembly, quality control and supply chain management.
This investment is part of our long term vision of continous improvement. As a result, it will allow for increased workfloor efficiency, production volumes and providing better conditions for our workers.
